Hi Everyone! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Our Christmas program is all finalised now so please see attached. Our theme for this NEW YEAR’S EVE is “Beauty and the Geeks”. We look forward to seeing every one’s outfits.

XMAS BROCH Activities 2011 2012

For all our returning guests and new guests our tennis court is incomplete unfortunately  – due to the rain we have had we missed our window of opportunity to have this complete. We can guarantee this will be complete in the new year. Our Putt Putt golf is in working order clubs and balls are available from our reception/shop – please note a deposit is required and will be refunded when items are returned.

We have a new business on board with us this year Ozvitality proprietor Kylie March. Kylie has established a gymnasium located where the old shop used to be. Kylie is also a Zumba instructor and will be conducting classes during the peak season. Kayaks will be available for hire this year. We are proud to announce Valla Beach Tourist Park has ZUMBA available to our guests and the community. Kylie March is our Zumba Instructor here and soon Kylie will be opening a Gymnasium with in our park for our guests and the community. Kylie has accreditations in all aspects of Zumba and a certificate 4 in fitness. Zumba and fitness is Kylie’s passion and she wants to share it with you all!

ZUMBA WEEKLY CLASSES

• Monday Nights at 6pm (Zumba)
• Tuesday Mornings 10am (Zumba Gold)
• Thursday Mornings 10am (Zumba Gold)
• Coming soon Zumba Toning and Zumba Atomic

The evening schdule is as follows:

• Bar opens – 4.30pm
• Feast starts – 7pm
• Band kicks off – 8pm

BOOKINGS are essential – the closing date for this is Wednesday 17th of August, 2011. TICKETS are $30.00 per person. We have a couple of EARLY BIRD SPECIALS book your table before 19th July and receive a complimentary drink. Be the FIRST IN BEST DRESSED  – the first table to book a table of 10 or more will not only receive a complimentary drink but can will receive there tickets for $22.00 per person.

YOUR FEAST FOR THE EVENING will be served buffet style.

Starters -From Mexico we will have a traditionally prepared bean dip served with salsa and corn chips

Buffet from….

•  China and Thailand – array of hot hors de oeurves
• Italy – Meatballs in a rich napolitana sauce served with spaghetti
• India – Butter chicken traditaionally prepared
• China – Sweet and sour pork with fresh pinapple
• Thailand – Vegetable in oyster sauce
• Greece – Greek salad with a twist
• Morroco – moroccan style cous cous
• Aussie – array of winter vegetable and seafood surprise!

All served with the appropriate condiments and dessert is optional.

Now enough about our delicous feast the ENTERTAINMENT for the evening is THE CHRIS COOK BAND. These guys rock (why do you think we have the back). These guys are charismatic – energetic guitar, skilful toe-tapping fiddle and highly poliches bluegrass/hillbilly banjo catering for all auidences. The Rat Bag Raid is on again for 2011.

This is the 4th year for the Rat Bags Triumph Motorcycle Club and we have great pleasure in announcing they are returning. The annual rally will be held from the Friday 11th March to Sunday 13th March, 2011.

The week-end is outlined by:

• Friday night – Valla beach Tavern (Dinner and entertainment)
• Saturday Morning - Breakfast at the Woolshed (bookings essential)
• Saturday – Local motorcycle ride
• Saturday Night – Formal dinner and entertainment with the “Ice Breakers”
• Sunday Morning – Breakfast at the Woolshed (bookings essential)

We have accommodation (limited) still available for those who haven’t booked as yet.

Don’t forget if you book for 3 nights you will receive 10% discount.

The offical registration date closes February 11th, 2011.
