Valla Beach Beauty will be holding a FREE seminar on Health & Well Being on the 8th August 2010 10am to 1.00pm with the world renowned Life Coach, NLP Speaker and Author Lynda Dyer. This seminar will help people that suffer from insomnia, body aches and pain, headaches including migraines, kids with ADHD or ADD just to name a few things so if you are interested make sure you book in early as limited seats are available.
