Peak Season: 8 week notice for refund less $50.00 service fee
After Hours call out Policy:

If you require an after hours call out during your stay please call the office and it will redirect

Unfortunately if it is by your default a service call will be charged to your account and must be paid.

Noise, un wanted disturbances and violence Policy:

If you are requested to be quiet or return to your accommodation and disobey this request by Park Management and staff you will be requested to vacate the premises with no refund
Pet Policy:

Pets are prohibited in all duplexs, villas and cabins.

Pets are welcome at campsites only, off season only and must be approved by management before your visit.
