- CMCA Discount is 10% – Off Season Site Fee $21.00
- Check in time – no earlier than 2.00pm day of arrival.
- Check out time – 10.00am day of departure.
- A $10.00 depositis required for each unit key given out.
- All accommodationis subject to a non-refundable $50.00 deposit off-season.
- A 50 percentdeposit is required for holiday periods.
- Surchargesmay apply for long weekends and public holidays.
- 1% surchargepayable for Credit Card & Eftpos transactions.
- Day visitorfees apply – $7.00 per day
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Advance deposits require the
following minimum notice periods to obtain a refund:
- Off-Season - Non-refundable
- Holiday Periods – 8 weeks (Prior to commencement of holiday)
A service charge
of $50.00 is applied to all deposits refunded within holiday period. Balance
of accommodation booked is payable on arrival and not subject to refund.
