Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds

  • A Deposit is required on all bookings at the time they are made to confirm the booking.
  • Deposits for low season bookings are non-refundable.
  • Date changes for low season bookings must be made a minimum of 14 days prior to check in date.
  • Deposits for high season and peak season require a minimum of 8 weeks prior notice and are subject to a service charge of the first nights accommodation – or a $65.00 service fee – whichever is greater.
  • Balance of accommodation is payable on arrival and not subject to refund.

After Hours call out Policy:

  • If you require an after hours call out during your stay please call the After Hours phone number listed on the Reception Door and on your booking receipt.
  • Please note, if it is by your default a service call may be charged to your account.

Noise, unwanted disturbances and violence Policy:

  • If you are requested by Park Management or staff to be quiet or return to your accommodation and disobey this request, you will be requested to vacate the premises with no refund.

Pet Policy:

  • Pets are welcome low season only at our caravan & camping sites and must be approved by management before your visit.
  • Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool area
